		<description>Your content would be a lot easier to read if you would write it will less intention to get the highest keyword density for the search engines. Instead I&#039;d like more emphasis on readability. Also a list of recipes would be great if presented in a list format instead of the hard to read paragraph format. Lastly, I do not eat yogurt personally because it had quite a bit of carbs but nuts do make a great snack.</description>
